lol didn't he say in an earlier chapter to his ex that talking a specific way would be seen as bad/suspicious, i wouldn't think a politician could openly/actively 'fight' against getting this law changed XD

That's a great twist. I kinda expected the mom to do a complete 180 and fight against the vaxx but it being the "fucken loser" dad was significantly more impactful. Even his expressions in the final pages completely changed, I hope he gets to be a long term foil to the MC. Ironically this guy is the only one who we've seen get reformed the most by the law, and in the worst way possible, too.
