Very nice chapter. Good stuff all around.

But more importantly: did Ruby really die?!

That was a great chapter, probably my favorite so far. This series started out a little rough, but the author seems to be finding their footing now.

That line about being able to enjoy a story despite knowing the twist I found really relatable.

@artikandri Oddly enough, I'm not. I feel like just looking at them I can almost see both those things happening. It's like "Yeah, that's how it would work with those two." I bet the split was fairly amicable--he just came to realize that he could enjoy her quirks best from a certain distance where he didn't have to be driven crazy, and that anyhow she didn't actually love him or anything, but they're still basically fond of each other.

@Purplelibraryguy I see your point :) I'm interested in their relationship mainly because of personal reasons though (kinda out of topic here. Makio 's personality is kinda like that of my best friend, so it would be interesting to see how the mangaka brought up such difficult personality in relationship). But of course, Makio's relationship with her niece will also make a good read ;)

I've always enjoyed spoilers as well, I don't understand why people get so pissed off at them.

This is so good and sweet. From the description and first chapter I was afraid it was going to be some weird incest story but it turned out great

Thanks for the translation and first volume is an emotional heavy hitter.

Imagine reading a christie's novel, where you try to find the culprit as you read, then… someone tell the culprit to you… I have beaten up that boy
