I mean, in his defense, he's completely convinced she's just using him to keep other guys away, and whenever he asks her about anything nice she does for him, she insists it has nothing to do with her liking him. If he takes her at face value, which he generally does, she has no reason to be jealous of him hanging out with other girls.
