the way mc get the route false villain is way too simple ,it feels like mc have way more chance to kill the demon lord during the duration before destroying the world

Two chapters, and I'm already hooked.
The thing is, he needs to unlock the hero's armament to actually harm the demon lord. It is quite literally impossible to harm the demon lord otherwise (except through a convoluted loophole that's probably not going to come up for at least a hundred chapters).

They all fell in love with him in NG+0 right? So he must have showed them his good side, then he betrayed them and they were all devastated. Now for some reason we're in NG+1, gee I wonder what happened?
Well here's how you play this: "Hey you know that tired old trope where the guy pretends to be evil all of sudden to push away his loved ones so he can shoulder all the burden or whatever alone? Yeah that resulted in this time loop which meant the gambit was successful and now the world can actually be saved according to the prophecy. If you had even an inkling doubt that I was hiding something then you were right. If you truly believe I had gone rogue then bring me my Oscars."

When a heroine finds out about the fact that he's just faking being evil HIS LIFESPAN GETS HALVED, with all of the negative effects you'd expect from having your lifespan forcefully halved. Like one time a heroine finds out about it and he just fucking goes comatose for a few months if I recall.

Okay so he can't tell them without penalty, penalty he may or may not be willing to accept depending on the girl.
If he's unwilling to tell them the truth then I don't see how they will ever forgive him for his betrayal because unless they're moral enough to not want to execute him right now for his future sin prior to committing them.
Unless they just straight up forgive him inexplicable without learning the truth because he charmed them again, his best bet I can think of would just to go kill the demon lord ASAP and deal with the girls later.
Purple haired girl and saintess cheat their way around the system via loopholes(only knowing the truth while the sun is down so the demon god, who lives in the sun because they basically beat the fuck out of the sun god, can't see that they know and give him the penalty, as the demon god is the one assigning the penalties since they have partial authority over the system), he just tanks the penalty for the other girls though.
