Yeah, looks like Ayahiko really disliked vegetables and when Makoto ate them all Mayuko snapped back a bit.

If she's still in her delusions, her picking up "Ayahiko" phone might be believe he is cheating on her or, dunno this seems cut off.

Makoto might be the one being played here, which is good and sort of bad...
