Don't think going to finish Makoto manga for Mayuko in his flat is the right thing to do, if he isn't looking after her she becomes suspicious of "Ayahiko" cheating on her, which makes her dangerous but he didn't realise that yet.
Makoto inferiorly complex has built a hard wall, his colleagues from work were actually very nice and supportive, sure they got noticed quicker and he is jealous of them, but Morita doesn't seem to act superior, actually support Makoto.
Was surprised by Shoya confession, jealousy was not rational, he was happy when they worked together, gave him support in his "relationship" and cheered for his debiut.
Haruka didn't notice there was another girl with them working at mangaka that he didn't notice she likes him, inferiority complex and depression build a very thick wall there...
