Issue: image and other page items do not load, spinning orange ring is displayed on a black background, refreshes do not help, often takes 5 to 10 minutes to load, if it loads at all
additional info: loading chapter as a long strip will often have only a few pages load, while the rest spin
Length of problem: Many Months
OSes tried: Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux Mint, CachyOS, Manjaro, SteamDeck OS
Browsers tried: Chrome, Chromium, Firefox, LibreWolf, Vivaldi, and probably more that I have forgotten
Hardware tried: Laptop with AMD and Nvidia hybrid graphics, Gaming PC with Nvidia graphics card capable of playing most modern games at max, Steam Deck
Internet: High speed internet connection, wired

Issue is reproducible on all of them. Internet connection is capable of exceeding 400 MB/s download speeds, issue does not occur on any other site

You have multiple people in multiple threads telling you it is happening across a wide range of platforms and browsers, and your reply is always just, "Nuh-uh."
Your issue, as you have described it yourself, has been occurring for several months. The isuse in the other thread has been happening for three weeks. They are demonstrably not related. I am sick of having to repeatedly explain this.

I only responded because you said that the issues were not happening because not enough people were speaking up.
Your issue. Not the issue that the thread is about which I + other staff have repeatedly acknowledged in the thread itself, that's received constant updates across our social media platforms...

The original thread was also on the Support subforum, and you literally wrote the following (quote from the original thread)

So technically, it can be considered that you were asking for help in that thread.

On the other hand, please, stop being stubborn and try to read what other users suggested for troubleshooting, since users from ALL OVER THE WORLD have said that they're not having issues with the site, and it seems like the only one here that has issues with it is YOU.

Thanks for reading~

I am telling you right now, and in no uncertain terms, that I am not now, nor was I ever, asking for help.

I don't care what anyone in this thread suggests, as I have stated repeatedly.

Even in the other thread, I made it entirely clear that I was not asking for help. I only made the post TO HELP YOU. Your other mod stated this:
It's very difficult to distinguish between a site issue and an unrelated issue when there's only a few people experiencing it. Look at the number of people posting in this thread about this issue (which previously impacted the entire userbase, and now impacts a small section) compared to almost every other thread in this subforum.
I only spoke up to make it clear that a lack of people posting about an issue does not equal a lack of people experiencing the issue. Then they asked for specifics to help narrow down the issue. I mistakenly thought that they were acting in good faith, so I presented said info in the post that was moved to this thread.

And as I stated previously, when I run into the issue, I just use a different site. Not hard to understand. "Just using a different site," is the solution for when the issue occurs.

Additionally, it should not be hard to comprehend that I am NOT asking for help when I have specifically requested the thread to be closed, a multitude of times no less. I even reported this thread asking for it to be closed.

Plus, you have multiple people (Mikeymike111, Mug3n, etc.) in the other thread stating they are experiencing the issue as well, but you all hand wave it away and blame the end users in every case. So either you have the memory of a gold fish, or you are just desperate to pass the buck, and at this point, I don't care which.

We are trying to help you because it is a complete and separate issue from that thread. Whether you asked us to or not, we have identified the problem you are facing and are offering a solution.

We are still aware of the other issue users are facing and we are actively working hard behind the scenes to bring about a solution.

They are welcome to make a thread and actually try and solve it too, but just like your problems they are not related to the issues in that thread. All three of you have stated "several months", that thread is for issues that are both entirely quantified and are less than a month old, they are not related and thus it is not the appropriate place to discuss it.

You don't get to bitch about issues not being acknowledged when you refuse to engage with the process, especially in a thread where staff are repeatedly acknowledging the issue, and then lie about us "handwaving it away". Are you expecting us to ignore someone repeatedly lying about what we're doing? There are multiple posts in that thread, on our social media channels, on our status page, explicitly saying "this is a problem with the site and we are working on fixing it". In what world is this "handwaving" and "blaming the end users"?

You have earned the blame because you're experiencing networking issues that cannot be replicated, that two other people may also be experiencing (but their posts are too vague to draw any conclusions beyond the issues being unrelated to the site issues discussed in that thread) and you're refusing to actually try anything that might fix it. We're a global website, we have millions of users. Three people reporting a vague issue across six months isn't even a rounding error, we have nothing to investigate and we know from our internal metrics that the site as a whole has worked fantastically for five of those months across 99.9% of our userbase.

I'm locking the thread, as requested. Don't smear staff with lies or complain that we aren't investigating issues.
