You assault a police officer in uniform, beat up someone disadvantaged in front of a police officer, sexually harass someone disadvantaged and the police officer at the same time you are going to go jail. Also she should have a taser with her and calling for backup, even if she was off duty she was still in uniform.
Jeez, these 3rd rate villains.

lol guys, what were you exspecting when you started reading this manhua, which is also a wuxia (kinda) and also plays in real time. villains with <50 iq and an ineffective justice system is the fuel of all of them (metropolitan system, rebirth of the urban immortal, rebirth of the mad immortal,........)

Tbh, I wasn't expecting this level of ungodly stupidity from this comic, and I already came with extremely low expectations.
These Chinese comics really don't give a fuck, on so many levels. I am genuinely impressed.

You see, there's a difference between "an ineffective justice system", like "corrupt politicians influence the cops", and having a police-officer let gangsters escape, sit down, and order some food as if nothing has happened.
That's not an ineffective system, it's more like an impression of an alien about how humans behave and act. It's utterly bizarre, and it's extra bad as it came right after the villains tried to threaten the police, in broad daylight, in the open.
Just too much stupid shit one after another.
