Because it's the entire core theme of the story, it's been pretty clear by now that the sister does indeed have real incestuous feelings for her brother.

Not having the incest tag is actually coming off as disingenuous now.

The entire story, and it's jokes revolve around incest.

Because the story is told incredibly anachronistically, and the translator, after having established that with the early series of chapters, is trying to follow chronologically as best as possible for the story...would be my guess.
