i mean i'm sure there's contracts and the companies, even smaller ones doing their own proper promotions and collabs and stuff but it feels like it'd be easier to 'recruit' some ppl who already have a decent amount of 'internet fame' like 'influencers/youtubers' or so versus training ppl as young as 14 and letting them debut when they become legal adults or so XD
(although other than an NDA or directly shi-ttalking the company i wonder how many 'previously failed trainees/idols in training' were able to write books/talk about their experience in a non 'sparkly dreamy view' and more grounded in reality versus any kinda 'recruitment propaganda' or whatever)
