yeah lmao it kinda was a big part of the plot of sakusei byoutou, in which the purpose was to send drugs and organs to criminal organizations, resulting in the senior nurses (Mako, Mia, Numajiri, and Kiritani(the latter 2 also appearing in this work after SB))as well as doctor Amamiya(the girl in my pfp) and her assistant Otsuka. I Anglophones might be clueless because out of all the adaptations only the visual novel got that far and the original CG set only recently got an english (M)TL and thats on some random ass mega folder

Also, since you seem knowledgeable, I don't suppose you've got spoilers for the manga version of Sakusei Byoutou filed away somewhere in your head? I've managed to find it translated elsewhere up to 8.5 (I believe that's what it was marked as), though most of the middle ones were MTL (at least it wasn't complete garbage mtl), and it's one of those hentai mangas that I find myself mostly reading for the plot and/or characters (I genuinely just want to see what the MC's suffering culminates in), so I'd love to find out where it goes from there.

The heroes have to earn their victory, and the only reason they have courage is that Yamada straight up punched Mia in the face. The battle from there is an uphill one but thanks to the heroes bringing gas to incapicitate certain villains, they managed to undo the effect of drugs on Aizawa after she got captured and also because Yamada had a tape recorder in his cast so evidence that can convict the senior nurses survived after the laptop got destroyed. Oh along the way Mia and Mako will basically attempt to kill Yamada. [\ISPOILER]

Huh, interesting. From what I saw of the untranslated chapter 9 over on nhentai, it looked like one of the girls (p sure it was the first nurse, whose name I forget) was in a bed seemingly sick and/or unconscious (possibly just asleep), and I thought it was something like she collapsed from stress and/or exhaustion, since it'd been stated multiple times previously that she was having trouble sleeping. I also recall other characters looking worried for her.

That said, I'm not too sure of what was going on, bc it was like 2 or 3 am for me at the time, and I wasn't about to sit there running each page through google lens to try and get some semblance of plot, lol.

That happens BEFORE the shit i said. The manga adaptation hasn't reached chapters 10 and 11 of the cg. The only adaptation to do so is the visual novel. Chapters 9 and 9.5 are Mia's arc in the manga, but correspond to chapter 8 of the original CG, while Amamiya's chapter(8) corresponds to chapter 9 of the CG. I'm talking about future chapters using my knowledge of the original story.
