I highly recommend checking out the LNs but I'll recap for the people who don't have the time.

So basically we get a sports festival arc, Shijouin meeting his family and being forced to stay over because of a bad storm. Shijouin takes a bath with his sister. This is not a joke. There LN illustration of it. Shijouin and Niihama accidentally fall asleep on the couch and snuggle all night. His sister takes a bunch of pictures, it is diabetically wholesome.)

Then we get a beach arc. Shijouin accidentally gets drunk and Niihama has to take care of her.

We then get a working a retail job arc. Niihama and eventually Shijouin work at a hybrid Coffee/bookstore that Shijouin's Dad owns. He earns the Dad's respect with a meeting where he uses future knowledge about potential business renovation( remember the company nearly bankrupt in the original timeline). The manager of the shop is adokable

So the climax is actually very interesting. Basically right as he's about to confess Haruka goes into a sudden coma. When he visited her she starts mumbling about future things that she can't possibly know like smart phones. It's implied the trauma of our future caused her to go into a coma

Basically, using some cosmic reality reincarnation shenanigans with the power of destiny, he time leaps a few days before she unalives herself in the orginal timeline. He reconciles with his family and quits his job at the black company. He finds Haruka and She thinks he's a crazy person bc of what he is saying. But something in her head tells her to believe him. They reconcile. We get an epilogue to this timeline. It ends on a happy note.

He ends up back the first time leap timeline. She awakens from her coma thinking it was a weird dream because she remembers the changed timeline. They decide to become a couple.

An epilogue shows him working for her Dad being groomed to be the company's future president. Because he cheated with his future knowledge the company's doing really good.

They have a kid together and are happily married. All is right in the world.
Quite Good ending tho,
IF ONLY THIS MANGA CONTINUE TO THE VERY END

I don't usually say this but I will definitely check the novel. I kinda fw the story for what it is, I'm already kinda spoiled on what happens next anyways and I'm interested to get there considering all this was two volumes out of seven (diabolical point to end tho lol)

I humbly disagree I think it's a unique ending, I think it would have been boring if they went down a slice-of-life route. It's a wholesome series yes, but there are still supernatural and drama elements in this series and I like that they considered that when writing the ending. I think people go into this only wanting romance aspects but that makes it about as original as every other manga or light novel aroumd. Also keep in mind that the summary you read previously is a summary and the LN is more detailed than that synopsis, of course
The issue isn't supernatural elements being used, that's literally the premise. The issue is how they're used. You get pointless drama that's there just for the sake of drama, which doesn't even make sense because Haruka has shown absolutely nothing to indicate the connection with future timeline in the story until this point, and then he just so conveniently timeleaps to before she offed herself. How??? What is the basis for this? Why didn't he return to the point from he which he originally came, which is after his death? Why not to some point earlier in time when Haruka wasn't considering suicide? And then of course, he leaps back to the point from which he jumped back into the future, not earlier or later. And again, Haruka is affected by what happens to her future self. It's just bad writing, summary or not.
