Ooo, love it. Intelligent, but monstrous. Treating people as people literally treat animals. Not in the same sense as people who treat people like "animals", but visit upon them far greater cruelty than they do other animals, but as in the same way a tiger would view us if we spoke. Not as equals, but as potential prey. To be stewarded the same way we would steward a herd of deer. Hunting every once in a while, but keeping the population steady and avoiding teaching the herd bad behaviors.
