Do the gaps between the angel tiers increase as the tiers go up? I would think it would have to be the case given the information presented so far. Which brings me to wonder about Mu Siyun's ambitions. He's basically god, so both his overall goal and his motivations seem unclear to me (beyond the classic good guy opposition to deep-seated societal discrimination).
