What's this about not being able to walk on the moon? They have interstellar travel.

Analogies are /fun/. Anyways, just recently Russia launched a robot to land on the moon's "south pole", to try to get there before India. Last time Russia did anything on the moon was 1976, from what I read. Anyways, it had trouble orbiting, and crashed on the moon. Might be an example of the argument in this chapter.
