Wrong Interpretation. He hasn't had it for a decade. It's Red Scale who had been developing (without the mace) in the past decade, even before Mu Siyun joined. Well, not that Red Scale had a great time before Mu Siyun. As for the time in the universe, it should be three years I would say. ( foggily remember it.) On top of that, one the three kids, the girl, can adjust her body age. She could be adult and time and child at time since she's a heaven tier. ( Heaven tier can choose to stay at their prime age.)
