The joy of labor, eh?
Labor itself is good and all, but it is hardly a joy when those that haven't "had the joy", demean those that have and do.
There is no dignity in labor until the labor is properly rewarded.
The easiest reward is still cash though. What a world it would be if the jobs people wanted to do the least, paid the most.

Well, I think in this case, she is telling them to work for themselves. She's not the boss—They are not working for her. Working and earning rewards for your work without having to conform to any body's desire is rewarding. Sadly it's the other way, people wants to do the most paid job.

I thought some of these cultivators live for thousands of years. Does this only happen on that planet or can anyone on other planets learn cultivation?
