How awfully convenient that Celine always has the ingredients she needs. The concept of a deep-fried pastry-like potsticker with mooncake filling does sound very interesting, but I feel to really get it dessert-like you'd have to change the style of the wrapper to be thin, bubbly, and crispy, at which point it really does resemble more a western-style dessert with a chinese-inspired filling. It also seems like it might be a little rich, if it's the kind of mooncake filling I think it is.
