There's no way he had enough time to let the aspec set on top of having to prep everything else. Missed detail on the ba bao fan, it's literally 8 treasure rice but it's kind of missing the other 6? Also, why didn't he make them drink the broth? It's literally the defining difference between shabu shabu and huo guo.
