Please tell me Mino-san isn't wearing a black belt! After all, to wear a high rank belt like that need to show skill and knowledge in Judo so while does have strength and skill she can't show knowledge as she doesn't even know the rules. People here are quite blatantly missing how much force one needs to rip a gi. You just don't rip a well made double weave gi.
