Is there a way to make my lists private?

I want my follows/bookmarks to not be publicly visible. Is there a setting to make that happen?

They're already not visible as far as I know.

Libraries (Reading, plan to read, etc) are all private with no option at this time to make them public.

MDLists have a toggle to have them either set as private or public. If you are checking to see if that private lists don't show up you have to log out and then check your profile,
