Is there anything I can do to help correct grammatical/spelling errors?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this kind of question. I'm new to these forums so I'm not sure where I should be bringing up this topic. As I was reading some manga I have noticed a lot of simple spelling or grammatical errors in the translations.
Nothing major, just things like words missing an "s" or sometimes misspellings. I know these things are common in translated works that aren't professionally done but is there anything I as a simple user can do about it?
Is there a place to report such things and is it even worth it? Would anyone actually take the time to fix them? If not is it something I could fix myself and change it for the site? I have no knowledge of Japanese so I couldn't change actual translations. But there are a lot of noticeable errors that anyone could spot if you understand basic English.

To be clear MD is not the one doing the fan translations, so reports submitted about that will be rejected, for the majority of chapters, team members upload the chapters themselves, some users simply tag the uploader in a comment in the chapter thread with the mistakes, expecting to be noticed by them, sometimes the corrections are implemented, sometimes they are ignored

Best chance is writing a comment about it in the comments field, but a lot of groups like me just ignore them because it's a hassle.
