He doesn’t. He leaves them his offspring though, a good number of them got pregnant with his kids some already have babies born. He meets the amazonians again but the ones in his original era. I forgot if he was in the future or the past when he first met the amazonians. The whole time travel gift from the goddess? Happened immediately after he managed to stop a thing from happening.

If he's spending years hoeing seeds and seeding hoes, why did he even leave the magic city in the first fuckin place?!

I mean... I'd take that harem over his non-blood-related sister, anyway...

But why leave the city?
If I'm never going home, I'd certainly rather be stuck in an ultra-secure, unlimited resource, high-tech paradise than any version of the medieval era!

And, sure; he had no way to know he'd be schtonked into some random-ass rainforest, but once he's there, he just... fucks off all day for a year or more?

So... why'd he leave? Home isn't important enough to return to, so why half-assedly try and then just give up? You just lost the single most important resource in the known world, cos you "wanted to go home," which could be legit (if you're a child), but... he's NOT a child!

I mean... think about it:
He just dumped the solution to world hunger, to liberty, to equality of races, to a brotherhood of man... all just to "go home."

And then he doesn't give a single shit about going home.
