press die systems, hot rolling, blast furnaces, this shit could be made as soon as you got a design and the required material
if you can make gears and pistons, engines, relays, machine tools, all that shit is so easy to make.

the hard part about industrial era isn't the broad strokes, it's the precision manufacturing. Making precision tools to begin with is a pile of work, then tuning the tools so that they can manufacture with enough precision.
But with skills like that, the first step's time and effort can be halved. The long-ass ladder process to go from one stage of precision to the next, slowly and carefully, has been chopped in half, cuz the time it takes to do shit is so much shorter.
