I hope they don't forget that they'll need additional staff for both the main and secondary shops.
Don't worry, they will be magically created if and when the plot will require them 🙄
Also the father was like "Lady, I never met him before, and last time I checked, you were an arsonist. Also, you have been dating for two weeks, one month top: how can I give any approval to this?"

I was suprised to find out they actually do remember the additional staff in chapter 92.
It was his own daughter that tried to set fire to Risa's shop. That was how she began to work there as compensation in the first place. And while they have only confessed recently they have known each other for a few years now, so I can get behind that. They should probably still date for some time more, since they'd need to experience how their feelings might shift with the change in relationship, but it's not a Princess Anna x Prince Hans situation.

P.s. I only just realized that you might have understood my first point, I was just so confused about him addressing his daughter as "Lady" that I thought you might imply him calling Risa that way.

Maybe "Young lady" would have been better?
My point is that ANY father would have reacted as he did, and his objections are absolutely valid. In addition he didn't said he would never approve of them, just that at that moment he couldn't approve to take as an heir someone that, for all he knows, is just a random nobody.
