When there's a ball in a historical manga, I really wanna see the colorful scene, the dress, the food, the lamps.

I- why is her hair so shiny 😀 She also curled up her hair villain style lmao
I was expecting her to transform to a beauty ngl

@VerneJules: He's clearly the type when pressed for it will just say "you're beautiful the way you are, not by what you wear" and cause a counter critical hit for massive damage.
Although sadly he's also too dense to follow up with anything romantic.

That dress was so pretty, I half expected the king to announce she's the princes fiance

So cute! I'm glad everything worked out in the end.

Risa looked amazing in her dress! ❤️

I think the goddess isekai'd Risa to bring about a culinary revolution/improvement.

@Whimsicat From the synopses of the source light novels I found,
the denseness eventually makes way for romantic progress. She and Zeke get married by LN Vol 8, and by the latest Vol 13 (released Aug 2019) she's expecting the birth of her and Zeke's child. I think the manga is still covering LN Vol 1.

Honestly, I thought male authors were bad with history, and then this author turn it up a notch. Oh well, at least now I can read this knowing that there's literally zero resemblance to real life, kinda refreshing actually.

zeke ekes alone when checked by a cheeky mc whose voice echoes in the meek zeke's ears and loosens his cheek.

Some of those words were pretty farfetch'd, but closer than I expected when I started tbh :p

@Sumatose iirc, wasn't it a thing that they used to put oil on their hair to shape it and make it glossy? The exact opposite of what is in fashion in modern society, as we consider the look greasy (also why ppl with gel in their hair tends to be shunned, unless they are real subtle about it)
