Just a little note in case anyone wants to try roasting coffee beans. After roasting the beans, you have to wait for about 3 days in order for the coffee to develop their characteristic smell. If you immediately grind and brew the beans immediately after roasting, all you would get is the bitterness of the coffee with no aromatic scent, its kinda like drinking bitter mineral water.
