Kinda a characteristic of how elves are supposed to be. They were originally written to be this inherently 'better' race because they are older. Any look at that that isn't from the view of essentialism or blind nostalgia would see that as the making of very arrogant and self-righteous people. It's one thing if you are dealing with the characters as individuals but if you're looking at a setup for their culture and you look at the original setting while having a sense of self-respect, you would probably feel like they were assholes.

If they believe that their abilities shouldn't be able to do something by definition, they can't do it. He is the 'king's sword' so he must obey and fight for the king for his powers to work. Now her class is 'Excalibur's Sheath' (yes, they are siblings) So as long as she is present he can't die.

According to tradition, elves became the "good guys" only after Tolkien's works. All elements of modern Elves are his and once we get rid of the otherworldly beauty we'll be back to how things used to be.

Very much this. The easiest way to understand the whole "elves are assholes" thing, just take your stereotypical Baby Boomer and tack on another 1,000 years or so then add in personal memories of a time when they owned the other races as slaves.

Read the WN for some spoilers, seems like this manga was dropep dand from the raws is clear is going very slow.
For start, the WN is incomplete, the last avaiable chapter is the start of the final fight, or so the title says, but it doesn't go over that, the author must have stopped so that readers buy it.
Didn't read it all, only the titles that looked interesting, and givne how the female dwarf survived is possible that other stuff was changed, I'll just bring up what many are probably curious about, the Reaper

Spoiler: Reaped

is a otherworler, that is know, his skill didn't kill other people to activate buff, his skill steal other people skill AND their exp, there was some limitation, like it seems he had to talk with them or at least have physical contact when they were using the skill for him to steal it, that was why his allies always died, he killed them, seems like the exp was stolen from simply being around the target, too OP so is likely that was a sinergy of multiple skills he stolen, probably he only got the skil lthieving and then got exp drain from someone else.
MC had to fight him as the asshole was hired by the elves, MC lost the fight as he was too limited and was losing his levels, so he blocked him and made ally kill them both.
MC survived as the ally was some kind of demon that erased sins, sins being cheat skills, it super killed Reaper but spared MC, but not first putting more limits on him, like lifespan drain if he used his "sin", but it looks the author changed idea mid-chapter and made that the "sin" wasn't his own cheat, it made so MC could use the sin delete ability too, but it used his own life, aside that all as normal.
