Please preserve honorifics. I would assume the majority of MD readers know them and they can convey plot relevant information about characters relationships and attitudes. Hence why the majority of scanlation groups keep them and the popular official English publishers (ex. Yen Press).
I was actually wondering why he had that thought on page 7, as I mistook it for him asking her to speak more casually with him. When it was actually him expecting her to be flustered by being asked to address him more intimately, and her indifference shows she probably doesn't even thinking of him as a potential romantic partner (yet).

Honestly, as long as something relevant related to honorific is mentioned (like you did on the end page to clarify the "speak less formal"), honorifics or not should be the translator decision. And again, if you decide to not use honorific, just put a note somewhere when something relevant happens related to them.

I think it's good to keep the honorifics when possible. It conveys a lot of nuance that otherwise just gets squashed in English.

I greatly prefer translations that retain the honorifics, since they convey a lot of information about people's relationships and attitudes toward each other simply can't be expressed very well in English.
