So the guy only has a year left. And he was emphasizing that he hasn't found an heir yet, meaning he's been trying and failing.

Looks like he is trying to pass down his cooking skills, but no one is interested for some reason (maybe because the long live races think he'll still be kicking for a while.)

So it's SAYONARA for this diner.

Stories of endings always fascinate me, so if this does lead to the diner’s closure - I’d probably still be okay… but the funniest outcome I can imagine is the (former) Demon King taking over for another 100+ years 😆

the west have pan-fried egg. not fried egg.

real "fried" egg can only be found in asia. and not even all area. chinese with their egg fooyoung. malay, thailand and indonesia AFAIK have some dump-it-in-a-boiling-oil fried egg. beaten or otherwise.
