Wtf? Another chapter where the dish info at the end is... odd. This one seems a bit more egregious than the hot dog topping one though. It's specifically shown as an Omelette Parisienne (Parisian/French Omelette) in the chapter, so why did you show a Spanish Omelette in the notes?

tarte tatin isn't cooked like a normal open pie, the fruits are put under the dough while cooking and only when you take it out from the mold will you see the fruits.
