Well, it says "becomes" in the English title, so it's a work in progress as we can clearly see. Though I'm not sure how he's supposed to improve from moving at light speed.

Agreed. Should've just left it as a bog standard demon lord, because then there's room for stronger beings. Like in Helck, where a "demon lord" was really just a particularly strong demon general in charge of a border fort.
