It would seem because the official release did the chapter in one chapter while the scanlation did it in 3 parts (46.1, 46.2, and 46.3). I imagine because maybe in the magazine release it was released in 3 parts?

Magazines rarely split chapters (although it can happen) but this was serialised on a web manga site which often do, including Comic Gardo (just click the Official Raw link and see).
