Trying to find out the name of this japanese manga.
Main lead is a game developer who reincarnated in fantasy land with wizards and adventurers. He however becomes the main character of one his game he was developing though the game has nothing to do with the current fantasy world. He looks like a suited yakuza with overpowered stats but no magic. I think name might actually be maou or maybe he gets mistaken as one.
He can also change into a different form (more like a yankee thug) and get mistaken by a vampire as a dragon newt.
As he upgrade his power e gets to recruit characters from his game - sadistic doctor who can changes fingers into scalpel and syringes and later a sharpshooter.
He initially saves a slave girl and act as a father figure.
Clashes with the 3 saintess and win over two of them. The last keeps mistaking his words as threats.
Hes goes over to the land of one of the saintess and find the rabbit people living in poverty so he set up an onsen to enrich the village - in doing so he win over an influential noblewoman.
Hopes that enough details. Thanks
