can someone remind me on what the "equivalent exchange" skill is, does, from which job he got it and if possible which chapter

Pretty sure it was "drain opponent HP by equal amount of MP" but it started to take your own hp if you didn't have enough MP. He's so much stronger now that he can use it as an intimidation tactic, although not so strong that he can just spam it

This chapter reminds me of why I liked this title in the first place:

The MC does what he needs to do, even if he doesn't want to.

And even if you cant personally identify with that, I believe that most people aspire to the attitude of doing what one must over what one may want; yanno, duty and mountains and death and feathers and all that.
