it's good he stays as his familiar, b/c while i don't think there'd be anything 'negative' about 'releasing' him since there's not some solid rule like "You can't be further than 10 miles away" or something like that, i think at the very beginning, his cheat skills do give all the 'tamed fluffies' extra attack/def/magic power, even tho luke might not need it , it'd probably help ppl staying in the mountains tho hopefully he wouldn't need to fight too much

I mean it was already published a while ago but, not sure if petitions ever worked , but maybe if you buy physical copies of the manga they’ll do more stories in the future? Versus bribing the author to do some one shots/bonus stuff or spinoffs lol

Petitions to continue creative projects that have been canned generally don't work for one very specific reason: the fans who sign the petition think they're signing the petition to show the bean counters so many fans want the series to continue, but the bean counters only see there's only so many fans who want the series to continue.

Yeah, a lot of ppl in the otona/time loop one said the axe of that was b/c of sales, if anything other than the artist being something indie and them being paid directly to do some bonus stuff, i imagine some ppl would just not also be able to bc of copyright, even if it's their own series or so

that said, 32 is pretty decent for something like this, but yeah a lot of ppl wouldn't put their money where their mouth is, i'm sure there are some 'collectors' who'd want a copy of the 'original' print, but i would buy a physical copy of this series if it was translated (if not a plushie of Ruby or Cereberus /the berry rabbits lol)
