It's, kinda trashy, quite similar to "Humans are the Strongest Race" by the same author ofcourse, but brace yourself and try going through "Butsuri-san de Musou Shitetara Motemote ni Narimashita" it's fully translated but oh boy, this will draw a line what real trash is.

It's not trash. That's literally worse that nothing.
Trash is something that i read, cuz i love trash, my favorite genre is isekai after all. But all this shit? It's not on the level of re:monster or a lot of chinese/korean stuff but still too bad to be readable.
