If I recall, I think he got at least two boons: the All-Purpose Farming Tool and "a healthy body." The latter wound up manifesting in a way that meant he's always healthy all the time, including whatever that means for his stamina.

I thought the tool was what kept him healthy. I know that's what he asked for and the farming tool was pretty much making him immortal. Could be my misunderstanding.

He's always Healthy, but whenever the wives try to take him down with numbers, holding the AFT makes him completely unstoppable. He doesn't feel any fatigue, hunger or thirst while using his AFT.

With the talk between the two gods, it's shown that the divine spear (being used as an all farming tool) should normally drain a normal human completely when used. The first god mentioned that it's fine because he blessed him with a healthy body. Based on that talk, no the AFT isn't giving him his healthy body. More the opposite the only reason he can use the AFT is because of the healthy body blessing. Very likely the AFT is normally so draining that the healthy body blessing just goes into overdrive keeping his body in perfect health.

Quick recap: MC wished for a healthy body and becoming a farmer as two separate requests.
The (absurdly) healthy body guarantees his overall health. (Not sure about immortality, but he will be completely healthy up to the moment of his death... which should logically prevent death from old age but not necessarily from injuries.)
The wish of becoming a farmer was manifested as the AFM... which grants him immunity from exhaustion as a bonus.
(He also wished for a peaceful place and language, but they are irrelevant to the subject here.)

Yes, MC got a healthy body, that made possible for him to never get sick in the forest of death, hypnotized by vampires or became a thrall after giving blood, he kept his original status.
He can probably be killed, but ti would take a certain death hit on him, not something like a normally lethal injury.
