Does it really fall apart? I see where you’re coming from but I feel like that could be a good status quo shift eventually, as long as it causes the story to evolve into something more interesting and not devolve into just slice of life harem slop.

the last arc showed that they can actually do a bit of drama so I don’t think it’s an impossible route for the story to take.

Elf definitely knows his name. The bigger issue would be them not knowing japanese and isekai speak not being usable for magic on Earth, as seen with Uncle. Of course they don't make direct requests to spirits like he does, but the core issue would probably still apply.

She can plainly see how interested Uncle is in fighting these things, but she's still mercilessly stealing his fun and forcing her sightseeing nonsense instead, not even thinking to add it on top of the hunting. He's not even enjoying what can be enjoyed there fully, since he's still distracted thinking that it's a hunt. Genuinely bad girlfirend material.
