Nice long hair, normal "human" body, not so big breast (pentako enjoyer accepts), the only spidery thing she has it seems is those additional eyes - that do nothing for me - aka I would probably accept her IRL too cause they look more like just a forehead kinda ornament with few big jewels more than actual eyes, and the spider silk thingy - part its biologically incorrect - it should came out of her ass not mouth - but thats a common manga/anime "mistake".
