J Novel Club licenses both the LN and the manga. However, at Anime Expo Azuki (this one, an independent manga streaming service) announced that they made a deal with JNC to get their manga on their service.

So both of them are official, it’s just a matter of where you want to read it. Both have their strengths and weaknesses.
