I had remembered that Philia had done some chapters of this and others, went looking for why, found a thread talking about them doing it with multiple chapters/series, and their subsequent banning by staff. They weren't even a little apologetic for doing it, either; they seemed more annoyed they got caught out than anything else.

That's because it's「悪魔の凱旋」which transliterates as "Akuma no gaisen" and translates as either "Demon's Triumph" or "The Triumphant Return of Demon" or, as you note, could be "Devil's Triumphant Return" (with all instances of "demon" or "devil" being interchangable given the nature of "akuma"), but has the Ruby of [ナイトメア] which translates to "Nightmare". You can confirm from CMOA.
