Girl passionately French kisses you, says "I love you" and "I want us to be lovers," then leaves waiting for your response.

"What does that mean?"

Dawg, you cannot be serious right now.

Probably—but what’s actually wrong with leaning on others, even if they end up carrying you? Especially when those people are, to some extent, the ones you raised. Apparently, his ego is still too big to accept that.

He’s like type who works incredibly hard or is naturally gifted. (Or cheats, in his case), and he shows others easier ways to do things or gives them the tools to aid their growth. By doing that, they end up gaining a better understanding and figuring out more effective methods than he did.

And once they’ve gone through their own trials by fire(death basically ) and surpass his skill level, he just can’t handle it mentally and wants to run away.

Another example of this is from the vn aokana When one of the characters learns these sick moves and meets his match after playing with a newbie for the first time he gets frustrated and runs away from it all
....."what's wrong with getting carried"?
Everything. Some of us hate not being on equal level with those around us.
The dude doesn't want to be mediocre, and is seeking to improve himself, and your response is he should just be subpar and settle for being unhappy?

And the last horse crosses the finish line. Bro is absolutely the only one who didn't know that his ENTIRE guild is in love with him. Hopefully he wakes up a bit to their feelings. And doesn't just ignore it (any more than he has), to keep the status quo.

Huh, that's a pretty great analysis. I was struggling to understand the MC's issue but now it makes sense.

That would also make sense if everyone had the same position, but the MC is a guild leader, not a guild member. His skills ought to be more about people management (stopping his allies from killing everyone) and less about task management (slaying monsters). Seems like the MC is stuck on a member mindset and needs to step up to a leader mindset. Fair critique if he was just another guild member, though.

You follow a leader because they are strong and charismatic.
If "task management" was what made a leader, every country in the world would be led by an OCD autist with an Adderall adiction.

we was bullied in his past life and a failure too. so he probably have low self-esteem and expectations on his self.

if you tell someone that having depression that they are good when they actually not achieve something great, they will took it as insult even you sincerely praise them.

he never being love and cared by someone else, even so romantically. if you have face like kim jong un, niko avocado and Trump mixed together, would you believe if someones beautiful like miss universe, or Sandra bullock, Anna Hathaway, Lisa, Hanazawa kana etc for example say they love you?

most of you will said, "this must be a prank".

he not dense but low self expectations.

Why not both? But in terms of guilds in this world, I assumed they find success like how military finds success. By the leadership obsessively running drills to ensure minimal casualties with maximum success. But this is an isekai and they just showed a guild ran by a dick with legs. So yeah you might be right on this one and moxie is good enough for leadership.

For those breathing a sigh of relief thinking it could be worse, don't forget that face on pg. 26 - this crazy bitch is going full psycho, this is just step 1.
