In the web novel that potion is gonna be eaten by a small white lizard and then slowly evolve into a giant white dragon and the universe where that planet with orbital elevator and dinosaurs is the same universe where earth is but in the far future and MC is gonna teleport into a further future than that and see his descendants are the ruler of that same planet. And the white dragon sees the MC as its parent and asks for its name.

It is also pretty easy for him to make by just grabbing a bunch of roses, stuffing magic in, mix and vola! So.. yea when you can get it pretty easily you tend not to care too much about it

Edit: also especially considering the trouble that would come with the potion well, if I were him I would just stuff it somewhere and just make more when I need them
