Isn't it pointless for the bad guys already? Ul is Yuuki's contracted (fairy) spirit, so there's nothing those goons can do about it anymore. Maybe if Yuuki is killed, Ul could be severed from him. However, nobody ever dies in this story, so that method is a dead end as well.
