Touya watched a little too much Super Robot Wars, maybe? Which includes a certain Alteisen (or Gespenst MK-III).

Could Touya not use the duplication feature of the Workshop to get near infinite of those Voice of the Lord things? I suppose it's possible they're made of unknown materials but I feel like it should be worth a try at least.

Ende seemingly has an ability to itemize things, sealing them into glass slides. The Voice of the Lord is just a bottled sound effect, I don't think there's any way to copy it with Touya's technology, without breaking the seal on it first, which would just call Phrase into his lab.

Pretty sure it's been happening with Traveler's Quest in the past, plus I recall these uploads (or at least the ungrouped ones) having originally been under "no volume".
