Isekai with decent romance recomendation

I'm looking for a good isekai manga that has a good romance plot/subplot. I know there are ones that have hints of it but I'm looking for something that has something a bit more fleshed out. The one that I can think of is Risou no Himo Seikatsu which I do like but I'm looking for more.

Anyone got any recommendations?

Your question actually made realize that most isekais have bad romance wow, on topic, well Genjitsushugisha no Oukokukaizouki is somewhat decent cause the MC isnt as dense as most other protagonist, konosuba barely has romance, and that is later into the LN,
i would recommend Tsukuyote New Saga and Isekai Kenkokuki, not only they have a somewhat decent romance but theyre pretty entertaining the MCs are good too

My short list of romance, sorted roughly by depth of relationship. Where depth = plausible relationship development over time due to events, and not fall in love on first sight crap.
Relationship focused means just that, we focus on relationships with the MC. It does not mean that the MC and other characters have realized or accepted their feelings yet.

Relationship focused with depth
Discarded as trash but OP: Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari
Otome Game, drama: Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami

Relationship focused, attempting to develop depth atm
Drama, good story, and lots of shiny guys in the beginning, but it focuses in eventually: In Another World, I'm Called: the Black Healer

Relationship focus, but no real depth

Raising a slave, no depth in the beginning, but they grow on you and eachother. Promising so far: Maou no Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba Ii?
SAO, though I don't read it. Just want to remind everyone it is NOT an isekai. Although, looking for isekai is odd imo, since the only requirement differentiating it from fantasy is the 1 line in the 1st chapter saying "I am from anotherworld! Whoopydydooo!". Completely discardable from the story and often never comes up again.

I have not read KonoSub, but I have an incredibly hard time imagining it with even the slightest hint of romance after watching the anime. Are we sure you guys haven't started mistaking sexual harassment for romance?

Thanks for the recommendations! As you say there isn't much difference between fantasy and isekai, however to me it seems like isekai is all over right now so I decided to ask about it in hopes of finding something to my liking. Also it is my understanding that Konosuba does in fact have romance later on but it is divisive. Personally I don't think romance really fits with the rest of Konosuba so unless they ever do a season 3 of the anime I probably won't go with that one.
