As of Chapter 36. This is the first time I’ve written a mini-crash course glossary ahead of a chapter’s release. Things should feel more organized this time. Alright, let’s begin:
Watari: He was Sōdaya’s Former Chief of Transport, and Nazuna’s Father. He was well respected by everyone in Fumine Domain. He saved Tōshin from the brink of death; he welcomed Tōshin with open arms to Sōdaya, he didn’t care that Tōshin was a Stone Person.
While in the middle of a delivery he witnessed the murder of Itoyori’s retainer at the hands of Yuuki’s retainer. Aware of the bad blood between both factions along with the possibility of a bloody feud breaking out, he brought Yuuki’s retainer with him to Kaji’s mansion to discuss the situation, and seek a possible peaceful resolution. Unfortunately for him, Kaji had other plans. Kaji murdered Yuuki’s retainer, and framed Watari for both murders. A thorough investigation was never conducted, and Watari was never allowed to testify. He was beheaded on false charges. Tōshin & Nazuna avenged his death by killing Kaji.
Nazuna: Sōdaya’s Current Chief of Transport, and Watari’s daughter. Nazuna hired Isaza & Yachiho to help disguise them as they continued their search for Kaji’s murderer, and his stolen key to the Waku Family’s archives on Tamashiro’s behalf. Nazuna’s father, Watari, was framed for murder, and then executed on false murder charges. She, and Tōshin conducted their own investigation.
One year into their investigation, Nazuna & Tōshin learned from Kaji Waku’s former servant that Yuuki’s retainer was the one who killed Itoyori’s retainer, Watari was merely a witness to the murder. Watari brought Yuuki’s retainer with him to Kaji Waku’s mansion to discuss the matter, and prevent a possible war between both factions from occurring. But Kaji murdered Yuuki’s retainer, and framed Watari for both murders. The former servant also revealed that Kaji was the one who found the Waku Family’s 2nd Daughter, Tamashiro alive. Watari consulted him when Yuuki’s retainer murdered Itoyori’s retainer. Kaji killed Yuuki’s retainer, and framed Watari for both murders; he made the tavern’s proprietor make a false testimony to support this narrative. He made sure a thorough investigation was never conducted, and never allowed Watari to testify. As a result, Watari was executed on false charges.
Kaji “discovered” Tamashiro, the Waku Family’s 2nd Daughter; it was initially reported that she died immediately after birth, but was shielded from the Waku Family’s ongoing War of Succession, and was raised by commoners.
Sanza Waku: She’s the current Domain Lord of Fumine Domain, and the Matriarch to the Waku Family. Her 2nd daughter (Tamashiro), and granddaughter (Mayu) were chosen as candidates to succeed her position as Domain Lord. She used to personally patrol Fusō.
Tsumugi Waku: Sanza’s Eldest Daughter, not much is known about her yet.

Not only did they learn that Tamashiro wasn’t Sanza’s biological daughter, but she’s also a former courtesan. Kaji was plotting Sanza’s poisoning, and planned to “reform” Fumine with Tamashiro acting as his puppet Domain Lord; Yuuki, and Itoyori are too preoccupied with their feud to notice what was going on, and stop them. Nazuna & Tōshin killed Kaji to avenge Watari’s death, Tamashiro was the mastermind behind the murder. Nazuna & Tōshin also stole Kaji’s key to the archives behind Tamashiro’s back. She & Tōshin initially planned to steal the other two keys from Isaza & Yachiho in order to find, and secure evidence of Tamashiro’s illegitimacy in the Waku Family archives.
Although they’ve only met once, Sanza treated Nazuna (as a child) with a kindness that only a grandmother would give.

Kaji used falsified documents, and hired a professional artist who could replicate & forge Sanza’s handwriting, and signature to further legitimize Tamashiro’s candidacy for Domain Lord. Kaji planned to poison Sanza, and aimed to “reform” Fumine with Tamashiro acting as his puppet Domain Lord. Yuuki & Itoyori are too preoccupied with their feud to notice what was going on, and stop them. Nazuna & Tōshin murdered Kaji to avenge Watari’s death, Tamashiro is the mastermind behind his murder. Kaji was entrusted with a piece of the key to the Waku Family archives, but it was stolen by Nazuna & Tōshin. Which was handed to Isaza, and Yachiho; and then Isaza tossed it to the unnamed elderly Stone Woman.
Sanza Waku: She’s the current Domain Lord of Fumine Domain, and the Matriarch to the Waku Family. Her 2nd daughter (Tamashiro), and granddaughter (Mayu) were chosen as candidates to succeed her position as Domain Lord. She used to personally patrol Fusō.
Tamashiro is not her biological daughter. Kaji used falsified documents, and hired a professional artist to replicate & forge Sanza’s handwriting style, and signature to further legitimize Tamashiro’s candidacy for Domain Lord. He planned to have Sanza poisoned, and replaced by Tamashiro who’ll act as his puppet Domain Lord. Her sons, Yuuki & Itoyori were too busy feuding with each other to notice and stop this evil scheme. 2nd Son’s Faction/King’s Younger Brother Faction Members:
Itoyori Waku: He's the leader of the King’s Younger Brother Faction. He’s also Sanza’s 2nd Son. He’s backing his sister, Tamashiro, as a candidate for Domain Lord. His faction supports Tōgi, and Mizuho+Enami.
His retainer was murdered by Yuuki’s retainer, and Yuuki’s was murdered by Kaji. Thanks to Kaji’s actions he falsely believes that Watari, Sōdaya’s Former Chief of Transport, killed both his & Yuuki’s retainers.
Itoyori survived a fire, and an apparent “assassination attempt” at his mansion. His key to the archives was stolen, and some of his servants were killed. He falsely accused the Prince’s Faction of being the ones behind the attack & burglary at his mansion.
Tamashiro Waku: Sanza’s 2nd Daughter, and she’s a candidate for Domain Lord, backed by her brother, Itoyori. She acts as an intermediary between both factions (Kind of like Kaji did before her). It was initially reported that she died immediately after birth, but was shielded from the Waku Family’s ongoing War of Succession, raised by commoners, and “discovered alive” by Kaji Waku.
Eldest Son’s Faction/Prince’s Faction Members:

His retainer murdered Itoyori’s retainer, and his retainer was murdered by Kaji. Thanks to Kaji’s actions he falsely believes that Watari, Sōdaya’s Former Chief of Transport, killed both his & Itoyori’s retainers.
He used bandits to steal, and reroute shipments meant for the 2nd Son’s Faction; this also caused a lot of trouble for Fumine’s merchants and citizens. There are rumors that Yuuki wants to start a civil war.
Yuuki’s key to the Waku Family archives was stolen by bandits. He accused his sister, Tamashiro, of murdering Kaji.
Mayu Waku: She’s Yuuki’s daughter, and Sanza’s granddaughter. Her father supports her as a candidate for Domain Lord. She secretly admires Ushio Watatsumi. Has a sisterly bond with Nazuna. She didn’t like the fact her father used bandits to antagonize the 2nd Son’s faction, and Fumine’s citizens. She revealed to Nazuna, and company that the Waku Family tree is being held in the archives.
Stone People (Yomi’s Faction):
Suicidal Ikkaku: She’s a very tall one-horned Stone Woman with an extreme death wish. She has superhuman strength, enjoys fighting, and loves a good challenge. Even if a challenge could result in her either losing her horn + stone powers or dying.
The unnamed elderly Stone Woman: A long haired no-nonsense Stone Woman with ram’s horns. She may look decrepit and old but she’s incredibly agile, cruel, and dangerous. She also hates getting bossed around by Hornless Bitches.

Kaji used falsified documents, and hired a professional artist who could replicate & forge Sanza’s handwriting, and signature to further legitimize Tamashiro’s candidacy for Domain Lord. Kaji planned to poison Sanza, and have Tamashiro replace her as a puppet Domain Lord. She’s also the mastermind behind Kaji’s assassination (using Tōshin & Nazuna), 2 of the 3 burglaries, and the murders & fire at Itoyori’s mansion. She currently holds 2 keys to the Waku Family archives (Yuuki & Itoyori’s keys). She doesn’t know that Tōshin & Nazuna were the ones who stole Kaji’s key. She had letters scattered all over Fusō threatening to kill a resident on every passing night until the key is recovered.
In Chapter 34, the elderly Stone Woman treated Tamashiro as the mastermind behind Kaji’s demise. Tamashiro scheduled a delivery to take place at the same time as Kaji’s Booty Call visit. Tamashiro was most likely aware of Nazuna & Tōshin’s circumstances as well as their ongoing independent investigation (she always listens to rumors), almost as if she wanted them to personally deliver the oil with the intention to spy on her, and Kaji. The way she talked during this flashback was completely odd. It was like she was putting on a performance for a “live audience”; she seemingly tricked Kaji into blindly revealing all of his plans to said “live audience”. She hoped this was enough to motivate them into murdering Kaji, which they did. She’s not interested in being Kaji’s puppet or his bitch, she wants all of the power, and benefits that comes with being Fumine’s Domain Lord to herself. Tamashiro also expressed concern about the possibility of the “Real Tamashiro” being alive and well somewhere, and eventually coming to claim her birthright. This could bring an end to her plans for Fumine. Let’s see if Kohinata-sensei (the Author + Mangaka for this series) proves her concerns right.

Well, he was kind of right. And the bandits that stole his key were hired by Ikkaku, and the elderly Stone Woman. His key is currently being held by Tamashiro. Ikkaku justifiably crushed them to death with a giant boulder for both their betrayal, and revealing too much information to their captors. After the elderly Stone Woman secured, and retreated with Yuuki’s key, Ikkaku stayed behind to fight Yachiho and Isaza. Besides superhuman strength, Ikkaku could absorb stones, and turn them into a suit of armor that covered her entire body. After a long fought battle, Yachiho & Isaza managed to break Ikkaku’s horn, permanently severing her stone powers. Ikkaku wants to have a rematch with Yachiho. Becoming Hornless was a physically, and mentally traumatizing experience for Ikkaku.
The unnamed elderly Stone Woman: A long haired no-nonsense Stone Woman with ram’s horns. She may look decrepit and old but she’s incredibly agile, cruel, and dangerous. She also hates getting bossed around by Hornless Bitches.
Tamashiro quietly used the elderly Stone Woman & Ikkaku to do her bidding. After she secured, and retreated with Yuuki’s key, Ikkaku stayed behind to fight Yachiho and Isaza. In the end, Yachiho & Isaza managed to break Ikkaku’s horn. The elderly Stone Woman broke into Itoyori’s mansion, killed several servants, injured Itoyori, stole his key, and set his mansion on fire. Itoyori falsely believes Yuuki was behind the attack. Because of her superhuman agility, it’s very likely that the elderly Stone Woman was the one who scattered the threatening letters all over Fusō. Tamashiro sent the elderly Stone Woman to meet Isaza & Yachiho at the No. 3 flood gates. Before their arrival, she quickly defeated the guards that surrounded the meeting location, and kept them alive. Their bodies were pierced with stones. After she made Isaza surrender Kaji’s key, she used her stone powers on the guards, controlling their wounded bodies.

Oh, that power is vile. Kill her as quickly as you can. Thankfully, a horde of controlled soldiers doesn't mean much to a sniper.

I’m pretty sure Tōshin & Nazuna are busy rescuing Tōgi, and his family right about now. I don’t think we’ve ever seen a Stone Person or even an early Generation Hornless get killed before. Though Nagi has confirmed she can be killed. Keep in mind their skin is pretty tough.
Also, that old Stone Lady is fast as hell. She took out Tōshin & Nazuna pretty easily last time. Isaza could probably use his stone powers to pull the stones out of those soldiers. I’m not sure if Yachiho can match that old Stone Lady’s speed; her speed will definitely cause trouble for Isaza.

If they want to catch that old lady and get back the key, they better kill those soldier fast!! They're done so already, is better to put them out their misery instead of trying to save them, at least that's what I like to think it would happen, but my guess they're gonna take some sweet time dealing with them and will lose the old lady

I don’t think Isaza would feel comfortable with killing them. Yachiho would probably kill them out of necessity. The bigger threat is the old Stone Lady, I get the feeling she’ll leave with the key anyway.
Isaza, and Yachiho planned for them to have the key anyway to ensure no one gets killed. He wanted Nazuna to have Mayu order the guards at the archives to stand down, and let Tamashiro’s group open it. I’m assuming Isaza, and Yachiho were going to chase after them.
Then there’s the possibility that Sanza has another way to enter the archives. Kaji never said she needed the keys.

The foreshadowing is so strong that at this point it would be more surprising if Nazuna doesn't turn out to be the real Tamashiro.
On a separate note, Now that there's no one guarding the archives, what's stopping Yachiho or fake Tamashiro from just using their stone people powers to break in?

Fake Tamashiro can't use stone powers, remember. She is a hornless so she has impenetrable skin but doesn't have the ability to manipulate stone.

I might be wrong but Nazuna is too young to be Tamashiro, isn't she? Maybe her mom since she suddenly talk about her mom when meeting with Sanza for the first time, so she's a grand daughter

Just like Fumine’s Great Dam, I think the archives, and its keys were also engineered by Stone People. Stone Powers might now be enough to access it.
Besides, I don’t think Yomi would be cool with exposing Stone People’s existence any further than Yachiho already has. If he plans on ruling over Ordinary People from the shadows, I don’t think it’s within his best interests to have their buildings, and structures destroyed like that.

Tsumugi might be Nazuna’s mother, would further explain why Tsumugi’s name was crossed out, and classified as deceased.
Hornless Tamashiro expressed concern over the possibility of the real Tamashiro showing up alive, assuming if she didn’t actually die at birth. Kaji would’ve reassured her by saying something like “Oh don’t worry, I’ve already taken care of that loose end long ago.”
It’s also possible that the real Tamashiro was given another name, and never learned her true identity, but came back to Fusō anyway and married Watari. If she’s Nazuna’s mother, then she’s probably already dead.
I wouldn’t entirely rule out the possibility that Sanza could even be Nazuna’s mother. Some elderly women can still give birth. Although, the chances of that being the case is pretty slim.

Hell she could’ve used Ikkaku’s powers, when she still had them, to break through the gate(s). But, I’m not sure if the archives are stone powers-proof, or Yomi ordered them not to do that.

oh yeah I get it, but they can't act like they must save everyone right now, specially the one being crontroled by the stone, is better if they kill them, they don't have the time, if the bad guys get the keys, I worry we won't get any answers soon, not to mention Yachiho did remembered the key so she might have some information of hers sealed up there, but might end up being destroyed for sure with things are going, in that case it will piss me off

Although I agree with you, the problem is they genuinely want the Elderly Stone Lady to leave with Kaji’s key otherwise the rest of their plan will be for nothing. If this doesn’t happen, Tamashiro will make good on her threats and brutally murder a random citizen.
Not to mention this screws up the part of the plan where Nazuna has Mayu order the guards to stand down, allowing easy access to the archives for Tamashiro’s group. Depending on circumstances, this could potentially expose Tamashiro’s involvement to Itoyori, and Yuuki. If no one shows up, it’s gonna make Nazuna & Mayu look insane. Besides Ikkaku (she might antagonize Tōgi, and his family), we don’t know who else Tamashiro called for back up. It could be any of the other Stone People we know so far, and/or new ones. A surprise appearance from the Liaison would make things extra intense…In a way, it also makes perfect sense to go to the archives at night.
Beyond all of this, Tamashiro, and the Elderly Stone Lady must have anticipated that there’d be extra trouble, especially if they don’t settle things with Isaza, and Yachiho right away.
