It's always so nice that Debora is not ever acting extra humble. She's clearly faking noble pride, but she's pulling it off well. She's acting pretty much the exact way she needs to in order to be taken seriously. Maybe it can be difficult to balance cordiality and the minimum level of haughtiness a noble needs to display, but on the other hand, the folks in that world naturally expect nobles to be somewhat aloof, so nobody will view it as anything strange. If a noble seems to suddenly be acting extra friendly toward a commoner, it might be viewed as condescending or plotting something nefarious instead of being genuinely friendly.
At the very least she now has a good relationship with Enric and can act relatively freely in his company.
