Is this an actual sequel or a spiritual sequel?
Cause after skimming the raws, it seems more like an alternate story set in Japan, where Meishi is a rookie detective for the Police instead of a Private Detective; and Rinna is in a secret relationship with Meishi instead of having no idea that she's in love with him.

The author made a 3 volume completed story with these characters in a time-period (think Bully the video game… ambiguous) London. This is modern day Tokyo :O fantastic artstyle, fluffy story… idk why I’m not feeling it but it’s technically perfect 🤔

The amount of whiplash i get from reading this is insane. I can’t enjoy the fluff without being hit by the ML convincing himself/being gaslit that its all fake. Also, little sister is annoying as always. A solid 7 stars solely for the art and somewhat decent moments.
